Bayards Aluminium Constructies B.V., part of the Bayards Team, is one of the world’s leading companies in regards to designing, engineering, manufacturing and installing complex aluminium structures. To maintain this position, we always invest in the latest engineering software such as TEKLA, STAAD and Siemens NX. Taking aluminium as a starting point, our engineering department uses that software and their knowledge about the material to create the ideal solution for the client. In this process, many factors are taken into account, including safety, strength, environment, durability and installation.

That’s why we make sure they are always up-to-date on the latest developments in their field, through traineeships, education and masterclasses. This first interview will be with one of our HR advisors. Often, the manager of the relevant department will be present during this interview as well. In case of a successful first interview, there will be a second, more in-depth interview.
The subject of this second interview will be the job itself but also your personal working experience, your competences and ambitions. During this interview, other people can be present as well, in addition to the HR advisor or relevant manager. If needed, references will be requested at former employers.
