Student profile

For this traineeship we search for people who take initiative, have a proven leadership track record, a hands-on mentality and want to develop themselves.

Qualifications:
• University degree in Engineering (Biochemistry, Chemical, Process, Agricultural, Food Science, electrical or Mechanical);
• willingness to travel and flexibility to relocate;
• fluency in Dutch and English;
• high integrity standards;
• demonstrated natural leadership ability;
• self-starter; highly motivated and able to work independently;
• teamwork; ability to work in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team;

Application procedure

Our procedure consists of 3 rounds. You will first have an interview with recruitment. The technical managers will conduct the 2nd and 3rd round of interviews and give you a tour of the plant. A case study can be part of the recruitment process.
