Dynaflow Research Group is a consultancy firm specialized in complex engineering and technical software solutions. DRG provides engineering consulting services in all aspects of the design and analysis of mechanical systems for the oil & gas industry. The projects that DRG is involved in typically involve a multi-disciplinary approach, a mix of theoretical and numerical analysis, creative thinking and pragmatic solutions.
Student profile
We are seeking outstanding candidates with a strong engineering background to help us solve our clients' most critical engineering issues. Dynaflow is a challenging place that requires work on difficult problems that often have no easy answers.
We seek:
TU, Master or PhD
Some knowledge of mechanical engineering, vibrations, fluid dynamics
Analytical and conceptual reasoning abilities, curiosity, creativity
Although you always work in a team, a pro-active and independent working attitude is a must.

Our interview process is aimed at getting to know you personally, learning more about your analytic capabilities, and also introducing you to our people and our work. Typically, we divide interviews into three parts: personal background, consideration of a case study, and an opportunity for the applicant to ask questions about us.
