Global Factories specializes in the development and manufacturing of automation systems for repackaging and verification of medication. Our customers are the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacists and caregivers.
We use our expertise in both hardware and software, along with a global network of partners, we accurately tailor pharmacy automation solutions to meet the highest standards. Our approach is informed by a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of our customers.
With over 3000 machines sold in more than 35 countries, we are one of the key players in a global market with a healthy drive for more: more developments, more technologies and more solutions, resulting in happy patients leading a healthier and longer life. A day at Global Factories is never boring. Talent Program
Are you a recent graduate on the lookout for your dream job? Are you hesitant to confine yourself to a single discipline? Perhaps you're pondering questions like, 'What do I want to specialize in?' or 'Where do my strengths and interests lie?
Join the Global Factories Talent Program – a 1 to 1.5 year program in which you will be challenged to work in two or three different departments. The program begins with an introduction to Global Factories and your new colleagues, followed by training sessions to familiarize you with our machines. Subsequently, you'll dive into specific projects across various departments, providing you with the unique opportunity to develop diverse skills and pinpoint your interests and strengths.
Global Factories gives you the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and determine the path that suits you best.
Graduates in computer science, physics, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or technical business administration (or related fields) possess a solid foundation to start on this exciting journey with Global Factories."
