To qualify for the ING traineeship you have a Master's degree (or will shortly do) and you are a starter on the labour market. In The Netherlands, we hire about 60 trainees per year for the ING traineeship: International Talent Programme (ITP). You can choose between 7 different track: Wholesale Banking, Retail Banking, Risk, Finance, IT, HR and Operations & Change. We offer two starting moments per year: in April and in October. Once you've decided which track is right for you, it's simply a question of applying for the ING traineeship and convincing us of your potential. The selection procedure takes roughly 4-6 weeks and proceeds as follows, although this can vary slightly per track:
- Step 1: Evaluation of your curriculum vitae, supporting letter and qualifications
- Step 2: Online ING Culture test
- Step 3: Online Assessment
- Step 4: HR Interview
- Step 5: Board Panel
Once you've completed all the steps successfully, you'll receive a permanent contract and be welcomed aboard as an ING trainee.
