The application and selection process consists of three steps as shown below.

2.Selection process
HR will review your resume and cover letter. About two weeks after you apply for a job, you will receive a letter via e-mail regarding our decision.
If you are successful in your interview(s), we will invite you for a next round within about two weeks after your first interview. In this round we are assessing your personality, behavior and competencies. Depending on the position a psychological and ability test may be part of the program.
Discussing employment conditions can be part of a final or additional interview round. You will be contacted by one of our HR Managers to discuss the terms of your offer and start date.
