Rijk Zwaan has a unique traineeship program. In 9 years you will have 3 different jobs. In these jobs you gain specialist knowledge. You work on your leadership qualities together with other international trainees. For example, through training and interdisciplinary projects. A mentor and buddy support you in this development process. Depending on your personal development and experience, you can progress to a role as a Team Leader or Manager.

In addition to a learning path aimed at management development, we also offer learning paths for Project Leaders and Specialists through our own Rijk Zwaan Academy. At Rijk Zwaan, we think it is important that a position suits you well.
