Application procedure

We start by reviewing candidate's CVs with the hiring managers for the open positions.

If a profile fits the position, we send an invite for a first interview with two managers, including the hiring manager of the position.
At the end of this first encounter, both parties can decide if they'd like to go further with a second and last interview.

During the second interview, a candidate meets all the members of the management team, including the director. If everyone is enthousiastic, the interview ends with a job proposal!
