TCPM is an independent engineering and consultancy firm with more than 200 employees and 5 branches in the Netherlands. We have been growing for more than 30 years, together with our (international) customers in Capital Goods, Food, Pharma, Energy and Marine & Offshore. We help our customers with complete and integrated solutions for industrial environments. Our combination of engineering, safety and project management is the key. And we are not easily satisfied. It always can be better, stronger, more convenient or smarter? Then we go for it!

Student profile

As a junior TCPM collegue you join special working groups, where knowledge and experience are actively shared, so that you can grow. In addition, we continuously exchange knowledge and experience within our organization. Not only within our areas of expertise in engineering, project management and industrial safety, but also through cross-pollination between the various disciplines.
