Career opportunities

When you are at the beginning of your career there are dozens of opportunities which present themselves. At Technip Energies we have gathered all these opportunities and clustered them in three directions you can grow to: Specialist, Leadership or Project Management.

- Specialist: In this path you will become the authority in one of our products, technologies, or way of working, which are core to our organisation. During your development we will help you acquire knowledge and discover the ins and outs of the knowledge driving our industry. Eventually you will be asked and consulted whenever your specialism is required, in products, projects, sales pitches and more.

- Leadership: In this path you will be prepared to be part of the next generation of leaders within Technip Energies. Our organisation thrives by having team leaders, department managers and vice presidents, capable of getting the most out of our employees by encouraging and enabling them to be at their professional best, and who do their out most best creating high performing teams.

- Project Management: The projects are where our innovative ideas and products are being applied in the commercial world. Becoming a project manager means that you are capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams to a successful completion of the project. You will learn to look beyond disciplines and how to lead towards a common end goal. As you progress the project will become larger and more complex of nature.

In the first steps of your career we will you get the chance to start as a Junior Engineer, allowing you to progress and switch between the above mentioned directions. Nothing is set in stone yet, and we will guide you to realise the career path you have in mind.

Our job application procedure is straight-forward and transparent. You can always apply to our positions found on our career page or apply directly by sending a message to tennl-recruitment@ten.com . We will screen your resume and if favourable, we will invite you for an interview focussed on getting to know you and introducing our organisation. Follow up will be done by a digital assessment and a second interview more focussed on the technical aspects. We aim to have this whole process done in a maximum of 2 weeks.
