Interested to jump-start your career at Dow? Here’s what you can expect:

Step 1: Before you apply
Before searching for specific jobs, explore Dow’s website. Find information about our most recent news & happenings, our values, corporate culture and more.

Step 2: Getting started
Upon selecting the geographic region of your choice, you will be able to view a list of open jobs. If you narrow the search by geography but do not see any available opportunities that fit with your background or interests, you may still join our Talent Community.

Step 3: Applying
Use the search option filters to identify positions of interest. If you are a first-time applicant, you will be asked to create a profile.
• After creating a user ID, you can import information from your LinkedIn account to expedite the process.
• Next, complete the online form and answer the questions posted as part of the pre-screen process.

• Attach all relevant supporting documents (i.e., resume, transcripts, references, etc.).

Step 4: Acknowledgement
After you apply for a position, you will receive an email from Dow acknowledging your application. We will contact you if we need more information from you, as well as keep you posted on the status of your application.

Step 5: Screening
We will review your profile and any attachments you provide against our job requirements. Candidates that best fit with the position may be asked to participate in a phone screen, allowing us to obtain more information about you. This will also be an opportunity for you to assess Dow's fit for you.

Step 6: Interview
If you're invited for an interview, we will provide further information on the venue and timing. The number of interviews and how they are conducted vary by position, though most interviews will take place at the Dow site where the job opening is located. You may be asked to interview with a representative from HR or a business/function, or both.

Step 7: Informing Candidates of Decision & Employment Offer
You will hear back from us regarding an employment decision upon completion of all interviews. Your employment offer will feature information on the job position, salary, and benefits.

Once interviews are complete, we will extend offers to the candidate(s) that we feel are the best fit at that time. We receive many great applications for each role - if you find that you are not selected, we hope that you consider applying for future job opportunities at Dow.
