Management Trainee Programme:
We offer talented graduates with management ambitions, curiosity and a profound entrepreneurial spirit a unique start to your professional development. As a Management Trainee in Visma, you will constantly be given new challenges, both through intensive training and practical experiences and through your projects, and you are responsible for:
- The planning and conducting of projects of great strategic importance for Visma's future success.
- Each project will be tailored to suit your personal and academic qualifications, but you will also be expected to perform tasks outside your comfort zone.

Former Management Trainees have worked on various projects in areas such as Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Product Development, Finance, Sustainability and Customer Experience.

About the program
- During the 12 months of the program, you will gain project management experience from 5 different projects and first-hand experience with strategic decision making.
- You will also build a large network of colleagues.
- Together with your mentor and a program coordinator, you will ensure personal and professional growth and plan your future career path.
- The Management Trainee program is recruiting candidates from several countries in Europe. The primary location will be at the different Visma companies in the Benelux.
- Moreover, Visma’s wide international presence allows you to work abroad on several projects.

Previous Management Trainees hold important positions in Visma as Data Science Directors, CFO, Division Directors, Managing Directors, Data Scientists, Project Managers, Product Owners and Director of Mergers & Acquisitions.

We are looking for you, who:
- Are recent graduates with a maximum of 2 years of work experience with a master degree in IT or business/economics.
- Have a genuine interest in technology.
- Have good academic results.
- Are curious and self-driven.
- Are eager to take on challenges.
- Have leadership ambitions.
- Speak English fluently.
The program starts August 2022.

Tech Trainee programme:
Are you interested in having a career as a software engineer where you can impact millions of end-users around Europe? How about having the flexibility to innovate and challenge the status quo? Would you also like to be part of a workplace where you are encouraged to create innovation and shape the future of society through technology? In that case, Visma’s Tech Talent - Software Engineer Program is the perfect program for you.

Visma is one of the fastest-growing software companies and delivers business-critical software to companies of all sizes, organisations and the public sector. In the Software Engineer Program you will spend the first year working together with four different product teams in Visma and learn from employees with years of software development experience. You will also receive extensive training through participating in multiple courses and workshops. This will give you a steep learning curve to follow DevOps principles in autonomous teams before you will join one of these teams full-time after one year. The Software Engineer Program is an international program which means that you will be part of a group of software engineers from multiple countries such as Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and the Netherlands.

We think you will succeed in this program if you
- Have a passion for software development and programming
- Are eager to work with several areas within software development such as back-end, front-end, cloud technology, artificial intelligence, user experience and security
- Are motivated to develop, deliver, and operate software on Visma’s product portfolio as well as learning how to deliver a world-class experience to our customers
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
